The Billy
Meier Contact Reports comprise an extensive body of material covering
philosophy, cosmology, consciousness, reincarnation, alleged extraterrestrial
contact, history, religion, science, prophecy, human behavior, politics,
warfare, environmental concerns, technology, and the future development of
humanity.
Because
of the scale of the corpus, not every Contact Report carries the same
investigative importance.
Some
reports contain ordinary conversations or supporting information.
Others
contain claims that are structurally central to the entire Meier–FIGU
worldview.
Still
others contain statements that may potentially be tested against historical
records, scientific knowledge, independent testimony, documentary evidence, or
later events.
The DSPES
Priority Contact Report Master List was therefore established to identify
the Contact Reports that deserve the greatest attention under the Doctrine
of the Seven Pillars of the Eternal Source (DSPES).
The
purpose is neither to search selectively for material that supports the Meier
teaching nor to collect only reports that appear vulnerable to criticism.
The
purpose is to identify the most consequential claims and examine them
under a consistent standard.
A claim
does not become true because it is extraordinary, ancient, spiritual,
scientific-sounding, or attributed to superior intelligence.
Neither
does it become false merely because it challenges conventional belief.
It must
be examined.
PURPOSE OF THE MASTER LIST
The
Master List serves five principal purposes:
- To identify Contact Reports
containing foundational or load-bearing claims.
- To prioritize reports
containing claims that may be independently verified or falsified.
- To identify reports that
should be compared with other reports for consistency or contradiction.
- To organize the larger
Contact Report corpus into meaningful thematic investigations.
- To provide readers with a
transparent explanation of why certain Contact Reports receive deeper
DSPES examination than others.
The
Master List is therefore a research roadmap.
It is not
a predetermined verdict concerning the truth or falsity of the Meier Contact
Reports.
THE GOVERNING DSPES
PRINCIPLE
The
priority of a Contact Report increases when its central claims have substantial
consequences for the larger Meier teaching.
A useful
distinction is therefore made between ordinary claims and what DSPES calls:
LOAD-BEARING CLAIMS
A Load-Bearing
Claim is a claim upon which several other teachings depend.
Examples
may include claims concerning:
- the nature of Creation;
- Creation-energy;
- consciousness;
- reincarnation;
- the Overall Consciousness

messengers;

If a
load-bearing claim is strongly confirmed, several related doctrines may gain
support.
If it
fails under evidence, several dependent doctrines may require reconsideration.
For this
reason:

thousand peripheral statements cannot repair one failed load-bearing claim.
The
opposite must also be recognized:
One
genuinely verified extraordinary load-bearing claim could require serious
reconsideration of what was previously thought possible.
